+: They deceived me by telling me that if I wanted to change my room for a better one and pay more and when I saw it was the same model of room but closer to the pool and they told me that everything is far away and it is a lie, the transportation staff only wants extra money

+: The location of the property was very good. The pools, water rides, the activities arranged was very good and keeps you always engaged.

-: The rooms that was showing in the booking.com and websites are completely different and very old. It looks like iam staying in a lodge and there was a stinky smell in the rooms. The corridor and balcony completely covered with dust and we couldnt even use it. We went for birthday celebration with a group of 15people and booked for complementary cake which they failed to arrange on time infact one of the staff from front office tried to defend their part by saying that i didnt do the booking properly which was proved wrong later. The rooms really needs a revamping if i had to recommendt this property.
