+: free access to water park. The butler service, the breakfast buffet (apart from being charged 10% service on this on my final bill) The architectural design was magnificent.
-: Being charged 10% service charge on all Half board meals on the final bill and all drinks that were served around the pool. Also too many supplements on the al a carte meal at the main restaurants. The main hotel food for dinner was solid but not outstanding for the cost.

+: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Burj Al Arab for 9 nights, and I can confidently say it was one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with unparalleled hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel's architecture is breathtaking—its sail-shaped structure is a true masterpiece and immediately gives you a sense of being in a unique place.The staff at the Burj Al Arab deserve special praise especially Manilla and our personal concierge. They were extremely responsive and attentive, always ready to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether it was arranging special dining experiences, providing personalized service, or catering to my specific needs, they were always "à l’écoute de toutes mes demandes." I was particularly impressed when they managed to locate my lost glasses at Atlantis the Royal and bring them back to me in less than an hour . This level of attention to detail and genuine care for guests made me feel valued throughout my stay.A huge thanks for the Hermès gift as well !

+: 全てにおいて素晴らしかったです。早朝に着くと、チェックイン前に軽食を出していただけたり、子供達にはたくさんのプレゼントをいただけました。英語の話せない私たちに、嫌な顔一つせず丁寧に接客していただきました。今まで泊まったどのホテルより素晴らしいホスピタリティでした。また、ドバイに行く事があれば必ずこのホテルにしたいと思います。
