+: معاملة موظفه الاستقبال اخذت وقت طويل لاتمام الاجراء الدخول،، ولم تعطينى الغرفه التي تم حجزها لانه الغرفه مطلوبه ليست جاهزه مع اني قدمت متاخر للفندق.

-: المكيف جدااا حااااار ،،، والمفتاح الغرفه لا يعمل في بعض الاحيان ،، وعند طلب مساعده من الاستقبال يتاخرون جدا للمجيئ،

+: موظفين الرسبشن غير منظمين أبداً وتعاملهم مع الزوار يجب ان يكون بشكل افضل كنت حاجزه ثلاث غرف تحت اسمي واستلمنا غرفة واحده والغرف المتبقية يجب علي الانتظار ساعتين لاستلامها وعندما تحدثت معهم بشكل جدي وعصبي سلموني الغرفتين بجانب بعض في نفس الوقت

-: الأحواض غير نظيفه يجب مراعاه النظافه في احواض الكبار والأطفال المناشف فالحمامات مستهلكه جداً
