-: The reception desk sucks. It is manned by a guy who's probably confused about his duties.He has hanged up on me for an uncountable number of times.At times, he would not even pick up my calls.Very arrogant he is. Possibly not all of them but this one who mostly works day time, he is horrible .I usually don't complain as I fear repercussions on the Staff and I am aware life ain't easy out there if one were to get fired.However, when someone consistently shows you an attitude and he is not even helping on small stuff, he is forcing you to give your true observation on the place
