-: صخب الأغاني ، غلاء سعر المطعم ، لا يوجد عروض عائلية تجذب المجموعة للمكوث بالفندق ليالي عديده..وأخيراً.. لا يوجد خصوصية للعوائل بالبحر أو المسابح🌊

+: Location boat ride feeling of being on a mini island
-: Construction quality is not great. Some cheap material is used to built the projects. It’s not a family place, it’s more of a place for bachelors who just like to party all night.

-: The hotel is presently in operation, even though the development of the island is only 5% complete. It primarily attracts a younger clientele, with the majority of guests falling between the ages of 18 and 20.
