-: Although my reservation was confirmed when I reached the hotel I was told "yes we have your booking but since we are fully booked we will transfer you to another hotel"On insisting that I want to stay in the hotel I have booked they somehow found a room for me. I don't understand how you can confirm a booking many days before and then claim you are fully booked on the arrival of the customer
