+: We went to hotel and the receptionist informed that there’s no room vacant, I informed him that we already had a booking than how come the room is not available? Later the receptionist transferred us to another cheap hotel and it was a mess, booking.com should remove this hotel from there list, it’s spoiling the name of booking.com, as when we booked from booking.com we we’re having good exception, also, the pic shows in the hotel are fake, it’s shows sea view, but there’s no see view, the hotel is located in one of the crowded cheap areas in Dubai, It’s a shame for my friend who visit Dubai.
