+: De locatie is prachtig en op loopafstand een supermarkt. De matrassen waren oud maar we hebben wel heerlijk geslapen.

-: Dat het appartement in werkelijkheid veel ouder was dan op de foto’s te zien was. Er waren geen handdoeken toen we aankwamen waardoor we niet konden douchen en zwemmen. Na een aantal whatsapp verzoekjes werden er 5 handdoeken gebracht voor 4 personen die zowel voor het zwembad als om te douchen waren. Daarna nogmaals gevraagd om handdoeken voor de volgende dag maar die hebben we niet gekregen waardoor we 2,5 dag met 1 handdoek pp moesten douchen en zwemmen. In de keuken was ook geen handdoektheedoek te vinden.

+: everything was very good, the location was near to burj park , the place is very clean , staff were friendly

-: No Burj Khalifa view, very disappointed. Also it's a very low floor apartment.

+: The location is great - it's very close to Dubai Mall, and the Dancing fountain. Nice view on the balcony. Walking distance from downtown. Nice big terrace. The building was nice overall. The receptionist is very nice. There's a small supermarket opposite the building, which was nice.

-: 1-Lighting: The lighting was made to be completely dimmed to an extent that I needed a flash light to see around the house. Half of the lights were either not working, or very dimmed yellow lights. It was impossible to properly see yourself in the mirror. 2- Cleanliness: Although the place had an amazing terrace and a beautiful balcony, both were really dusty and not properly cleaned. Chairs were very dusty, even though we were told the place was cleaned before our arrival. To my eyes, it hasn't been cleaned in a week. The main bathroom although it seemed clean at first glance, there was hair on the floor everywhere. A quick wipe of the floor with a tissue, and the tissue was all black. There was some kind of flying insects all over the bathroom. Looks like they were coming from the bathroom's ceiling - we killed so much of them, yet they kept coming back. And to add a cherry on top of the cake, we were visited by a small lizard in the bedroom - although no doors or windows were opened during our stay. Picture attached. We asked the host to send someone to clean just the bathroom and balcony, not the entire place, and no one showed up. He seemed surprised when I told him that no one came and cleaned. 3- Water: There was lukewarm water, but not hot water in any of the bathrooms of the house - we asked the receptionist about this and he said to deal directly with the apartment owner. To me, it sounded that they were trying to save on energy cost.

+: Very easy check in with Khalid, communication with him also straight forward and supportive. The apartment with a lot of space and very clean. Walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Very nice stay.

-: The channels in TV does not cover the Football channels to watch the world cup matches from the room. Moreover, the light in the secondary room was really low and with no option of increasing it.

+: On est arrivés à 1:00 et Khalid nous attendait pour nous donner les clés de l’appartement et le montrer. Appartement très joli, lits très confortables et grande terrasse pour nous. Emplacement au top.

-: Les employés du bâtiment parle très fort, très tôt le matin, aux couloirs du bâtiment. J’ai dû ouvrir la porte de l’appartement un matin à 7:00 pour leur demander de baisser le volume
