+: Location as per the picture for the view, 15 mins walk to the Mall and Burj Khalifa.30-40 mins drive to various places like The Palm etc.Decent pool, fair small gym, secure car park with allocated bay 76, card swipe to get into building, quiet safe area to walk around, no issues at all.

-: Where to start!?The front door doesn't close properly, hardly any utensils or cooking equipment like trays, pans etc, no tea towels or cloths.Finish in bathrooms poor.Balcony has broken tiles on the floor, and cigarette burns in the seats, still with a cigarette butt left on it!Washing machine had smelly stagnant water in it so we couldn't use it.Kitchen roof leaked when the hob and oven were on!TV has 4 English channels, all with Arabic subtitles.The whole apartment needs a refit and kitting out properly, then they could charge at least 50% more and it would be worth it.

+: The location is marvellous as in front of Burj Khalifa and the Fountains.

+: appartement très agréable, très bien équipé et très bien situé avec une vue extraordinaire sur le burj et les fontaines. Un lieu que je recommande vivement.

-: Il faudrait prévoir un lieu pour permettre de déposer nos valises avant ou après le check-in. Avant notre arrivée, j'ai eu plusieurs référents, ils changeaient sans cesse. Je posais toujours la même question et j'avais l'impression qu'on me baladait! Ces échanges n'étaient pas du tout constructifs! Il serait bien de n'avoir qu'un seul interlocuteur et qu'il nous donne l'impression de vouloir nous aider!

+: Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sensationell. Faisal Iqbal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig und nahe zur Dubai Mall.

-: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte besser sein. Es gab z. B. kein Geschirrspülmittel, kein Geschirrhandtuch, nur drei kleine Schüsseln für Müsli usw.. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind ziemlich durchgelegen. Zudem war die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer kaputt, was uns erst auf Nachfrage bestätigt wurde.
