+: The staff at DreamInn is amazing, as usual - very polite, helpful, reacts swiftly to any request, and waited for us past midnight to give us the keys. I can comment only about the staff since we were staying at another apartment (at BLVD Heights), which actually exceeded our expectations.
-: The bed sheets were torn in a few places (from use - otherwise white and clean), which was not a big deal but wasn't very aesthetic and did not fit the otherwise excellent services provided by Dream Inn.
