-: Definitely the worst place to stay as a tourist in Dubai!!!! The host wanted to steal a deposit of 250€ from us that he asked us after booking, he wanted to charge us for a clean white sheet when it only needed to be washed and he also wanted to charge a card that he never gave us! For whatever reason he wanted to steal our 250€, we told him to call the police and he didn't want to do it because he knew he was doing it wrong! Thanks to the police, when I called them, they realized the extortion we were experiencing and they helped us recover the money, the police were excellent even though they were slow to arrive The day of arrival at the apartment was a catastrophe because on booking they put an address somewhere else and then they send you the location of another place without the address! After arriving at the location the subject refused to give us the direction and we had to wait under a 40-degree sun for the subject to come out for more than 30 minutes, it was the worst! At the entrance I decided to sign a thousand rules on a piece of paper, you practically can't do anything in the apartment because it will become a problem, without me realizing that this guy just wanted my money They gave us an apartment that wasn't the one in the photos! All the photos you have on booking are far from reality! They are old and ugly apartments. In the description it says it's a modern apartment, its bed, kitchen and furniture are too old! I am attaching the photos. Dubai is a city full of luxury and you won't find anything like it there The woman at the front desk is rude! I knew that we were staying there and it made us look bad all day when we entered, posing a problem getting in because she didn't “remember” that we lived there, too clumsy, she knew that we didn't have an access card that they didn't give us and on several occasions she prevented us from accessing it, everything went well for the other guards
