-: Room service was disappointing. Need to take care of basic and essential requirements for the room service like cleaning, towels extra bed sheets. Despite asking for the basics things, failed to provide. Need to improve

-: Paid for 5 persons but in actual it was for four persons so I have to book additional hotel room which costed me same amount , it wasn’t a value for money. On check out day , came to collect my family but I wasn’t allowed by security staff although I showed them my booking. It was a bad experience and I will never recommend it for family .

+: as always, i enjoyed my stay with Dream Inn, their services are amazing and the beds are always sooo comfortable. will definitely go back!

+: the check in and check out was super smooth! the reception is 24hr. And a host Jawad is 24 hours available, which is great!

-: I liked staying there a lot. only the view to Burj-Halifa was missing.
