+: I have stayed at this hotel 4 times over the past 4 years. Of course, if you compare it to itself in 2020, the infrastructure has somewhat aged over time. Nevertheless, if you want to cook, wash, and iron at home, in my opinion, this option offers the best value for money. The rooms have everything you need for living: a stove, a large refrigerator, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and ironing board, a safe, and air conditioning. This way, you can save time and money on restaurant visits and laundry services. The staff is very friendly and customer-oriented

-: Very weak Wi-Fi - it's impossible to have a proper Zoom meeting, even without video. The water is barely warm, the bathtub plug is broken, and I was greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom.
