+: - I really don't know from where to start; it was my first time to stay in this hotel and the hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely helpful and super friendly, and the best part was the big Suprise when they upgraded our room from a garden view room to a sea view suite because of my husband's birthday, and the arrangement they did in the room was more than what I asked for, they also gave us late checkout. Many many thanks to this lovely surprise and to all staff and Management of this hotel. - The hotel has variety selection of restaurants and bars, also the pool area was amazing, "Namos" is a "must go" if you are staying in this hotel, actually we spend most of our time in the hotel cause of all the facilities and restaurants they have. - Location of the hotel is really good, very near Burj Khalifa, downtown, and other important areas in Dubai. - will definitely go back to "Four seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach" every time I visit Dubai :)

-: Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

+: The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a very enjoyable stay. Would be great though if they added better dinner options around. The restaurants in the village were not the best option.

-: The dinner choices are limited to the restaurants in the village and they are not very good dining options. Would be nice if the hotel had more fine dining option on site.

+: Our stay was amazing! The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and attentive. The food was delicious. I especially want to thank Mr. Ahmed Abbass for his care and attention. Highly recommended!
