+: J’ai apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité des voituriers à l’entrée de l’hôtel . Et la connexion wifi uniquement

-: L’acceuil a l’enregistrement digne d’un accueil à la CAF , attente de 45 minutes pour obtenir laClef de la chambre . Mobilier très mal entretenu à la limite de se casser , le ménage dans les chambre nullissime , il faut courir après eux pour les changements de draps , serviettes , services nettoyage laisse à désirer ! J’avais demander un lit pour bébé qui n’est jamais venu , mon coffre fort était défectueux et n’a jamais été réparé ! Attention trop grande différence avec les photos proposées sur booking et la réalité de la chambre que j’ai réservé .

-: Pas d’eau chaude, coupures d’électricité Et pas d’effort commercial pour le désagrément causé. Même si le personnel essayait de faire son possible, la direction n’a rien voulu savoir.

+: at right location but receptionist are too young to handle any complaints or to deal with foreign guest I’m giving my genuine reasons I had asked for smoking room which I never got had asked for iron with board it took two days for them to get and even for normal request they were all over loaded with groups so I can’t blame them but you need full time duty manager to see what’s happening

-: good bussiness goood location please take. are of your customers and choices music is played till early morning that’s all fine but too noisy at times

-: Two night clubs in hotel. Did not sleep at nights at all. Terible experience. Very horrible holiday. No one listens at the hotel about the complaint. Manager on duty told us to wait until 4.00am for night club noise to end night club to close than to go to sleep. What is he saying does he evan know. I ended in tears, could not sleep. What is the law doing in Dubai. Why hotels are allowed night clubs??? Very terrible experience at this hotel. We wasted our money and valueable time. We want a refund. We were treated horibly at this hotel. Never recomend this hotel to anyone ever. Rooms and bathrooms were dirty and leaky. No one listens to take action to fix it. Just horible.
