+: I think the hotel staff were super friendly and attentive. The room was always clean. The hotel is in a great location!

-: Unfortunately during my stay, there was an issue with hot water during the first day but was fixed by the evening. The bathroom was a bit cramped. Also the fridge in my room wasn’t working.

+: يستاهل الفندق 7 نجوم 🌟 على تعامل الموظفين معانا ومافي شي ما طلبناه إلا بسرعه قدموه إلنا يكفي ابتسامتهم وتعاملهم الراقي معنا من أجمل الرحلات كانت وكنت حاجزه يومين وصاروا خمسه والأولاد كانوا يريدوا زيادة يجلسوا من كثر ما كانوا مبسوطين شكرا لكل الطاقم وخاصة موظف الاستقبال (atal) إلي استقبلنا اول مره وكان قمة بالاحترام والتعاون وعمل ترقية للجناح ل شي أفضل والمنظر كان روعه ..وطبعا ما انسى المدير المناوب سامح ابدا ما قصر معانا يكفي اهتمامه ورعايته ل والدتي و امانه كل موظفين الفندق بلا اي استثناء يستاهلوا كل الشكر والتقدير 🙏

-: Spa çok çok kirliydi . Çalışanlar mutsuzdu ve çok kötü davranıyorlardı .( spa çalışmaları ) Diğer çalışanlar gayet iyiydi .Eşyalar çok eskiydi nem ve rutubet kokuyordu astımı olan bir kişi için çok kötü olacaktır .The spa was very, very dirty. The employees were unhappy and behaved very badly.( spa work) Other employees were very good.The furniture was very old and smelled of moisture and dampness, it would be very bad for a person with asthma.

+: The staff are friendly and very considerate. They saw us that we were one big family so they upgrade our rooms into 2 Bedroom Apartment instead of 2x Standard Room. :)
