+: prenotato questo hotel, ma per chiusura effetto covid ci hanno spostato al Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, che dire hotel fantastico, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Coccolati e viziati, addirittura una piccola torta in stanza per il compleanno di mio marito. Inoltre abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel Azura, ristorante italiano dove abbiamo anche fatto la cena per il compleanno di mio marito. Andrea il responsabile di sala e' stato grande, professionale e bravissimo.

+: The rest of the staff of Waldorf Astoria was amazing, a special thank you to Sanjid from reception (supervisor there), Andrea from Azure restaurant, Nijin that works in all the restaurants there, Ahmed that turned our night around when we went for drinks after a terrible dinner experience, and Taimoor that checked us in. Everyone there was just incredible and the facilities are great

-: We booked Hilton Al Hamra but due to Covid-19 they were closed and had to move us to Waldorf Astoria that we were fine with problem was the staff in one of the restaurants was incredible rude when he came to ask us to shut up a baby that was with us because other tables were complaining. I mean we are talking about a 1year old child that to be honest was not even making that much noise, please teach your staff how to properly convey their message. And in that same day my brother cut his foot because there was no one to help at the beach with the sun beds, management was called and this lady comes and doesn't even look at us or talk to us.
