+: Rooms are comfy and clean. Corridors are clean and smell nice. Staff is very accommodating, courteous and knowledgeable.

+: The rooms were spacious & comfortable. Location was nice.

-: Carpets & sofas in the room could have been cleaner , they had far too many stains on them. Facilities in the room like the safe was not working & hence should have been checked especially since I had a VERY LATE CHECK IN. Amenities like the hand soap was not replenished. Housekeeping was cleaning the room after 45 hours of informing them to clean. The general staff could have been a little more helpful. Response time was quite bad when asking for anything like Hand Soap Complimentary Water etc
