+: *Staff were accomodating and very pleasant except for one incident that I received a phone call in which the lady receptionist told me to present the ID of my visitor in a rudely manner. I would not hesitate to do it as it is a hotel protocol but it should have been asked politely. 😢*Housekeeping staff were lovely.*It is nearby metro station.*Supermarket and pharmacy is very accessible.*Room size is appreciated.

-: *It was difficult adjusting the valve for hot water in the shower.*Room is hot during day time, AC temp cant manage to cool the room down.

+: breakfast is good and staff is very co -operative, even the staff serve tea & juices to our table also.

-: although the bathrooms, are neat & clean, but the bathtub drain water point should have been improved.

+: I got an amazing first impression from the reception, from lovely lady Anastasia, she mad my day with her kindness I would differently recommend to visit this place ))

-: لم يكونوا متعاونين معنا بما انه كان الدخول متأخر ساعة 7:30Pmطلبت منهم بان يكون الخروج متاخر وعند وجبة الفطور بعض من صنف أكل كان باردا لم يكون يوجد به تسخين للأكل وطلبت اكسترا بلنجت لم تكن هناك استجابة سريعة لجلبه ولم أعاود اتصال بهم وساعة12:30pm لم يتواصل معي الاستقبال في الهاتف أتى موظف إلى الغرفة بعد دق مرتين دخل يسألني عن موعد خروجي الحمدلله لم اكن مع زوجتي كنت مع اصدقائي ولكن هل هذا التصرف صحيح ؟

+: المكان نظيف ومعاملة الموظفين لطيفه وراقيه ومكان الفندق قريب من جميع الخدمات
