+: I recently stayed at your hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location is fantastic, and the hotel and its facilities are amazing. Breakfast and lunch were buffet and full of options, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences.

-: One suggestion I have is to extend the pool hours, especially since the weather is hot and many guests prefer to swim at night.

+: Everything. Couldn’t fault anything at all. Staff, facilities, location. Even had a shuttle bus to Dubai mall.
