+: The location.

-: The room smelled of dampness, it was old and not very clean. The sofa bed was very bad quality. Our kids used the sofa bed,the pillows were really thin and old. The “duvet “ was made of a blanket in a duvet cover. It was 4 of us but the room was set up for 3 for the whole time we were there. The service in the club lounge was bad, the blond girl at the desk never smiled or greeted the guests. We had to wait for a long time for someone to come and take our order, the food was awful too. We won’t be staying there again,we were glad it was a stop over for us and we were there only for couple of night! It was a big disappointment.

-: Continually requested for a kettle to boil water for my baby, they sent one as we were leaving. They also stated to use the coffee machine, however if they ever used one they would know the water is contaminated with coffee and definitely cannot be used for a baby!!! very disappointed as had to call several times, got ignored and arrived late. Not baby friendly.
