+: I liked the fact that it had a water park and great kids club which was perfect since I was travelling with kids and the activities kept them busy & engaged. I also loved the promptness of their room service and the interior design of the rooms.

-: I expected the breakfast to have more variety of food choices since it’s a five star hotel. The breakfast buffet was limited. How I wish they could extend the closing time at the water park from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm

+: - Akhtar at the reception is brilliant, fast, sharp & professional - he also assisted with late check out. - Staff Khalil was also very proactive and helpful (explained the room facilities in detail). - The Housekeeping staff were brilliant, professional & hardworking. - We came primarily for the waterpark (for our 5 year old).

-: - Kids pool floor was very slippery (definitely needs deep cleaning).- The water in the kids pool & waterpark tasted salty like sea water (lifeguards had no explanation for this).- Water temperature in certain parts of the waterpark were significantly colder than other parts of the waterpark (temperature control is not uniform).- Waterpark closes too early (considering the blazing heat and late sunset, the waterpark should be open till 7pm - most of the waterpark is unshaded so it is unbearable to go during the day or early afternoon).- The flooring is scorching hot in the afternoon especially along the pathway slope going towards the kids slides and wave pool (our feet were burning - there should be rubber matting on the floor pathway that is unshaded & exposed to the sun).- All the Lifeguards (especially Lalanth) needs training especially in the area of communication and body language (on the second day of my stay, Lalanth was gesturing with his hands aggressively from a distance when my wife handed me a passion fruit juice while I was watching my son in the kids pool - there was no issue on the first day of my stay when I had the same drink in the kids pool and another lifeguard did not express any objection. - Lalanth should be trained to come closer to the guest and speak professionally and not use aggressive hand gestures from a distance).- All the lifeguards appear indifferent, lazy and in a hurry to close the waterpark - there is constant chatter between them after 4:30 pm (about closing quickly) and they even tried to close off an area of the kids water slides before 6pm (they reopened that area when I objected).- No balcony in the room so no way to dry swimsuits.- Rooms are carpeted so there is a lingering damp pungent odour in the room (probably due to guests coming to the room directly from the waterpark).- The 2 seats in the room were too small (felt like kids chairs).

+: איזור הבריכות ענק, מגוון, מרווח מאוד, נוף לים, יש מסלול נחל שכיף לצוף בו על מזרונים, אחלה מוזיקה המגלשות חמודות עד גיל 11 בערך, מועדון ילדים לקטנים, יש איזורים למבוגרים בלבד , הילדים שלי קצת השתעממו (בני 14+11) אין איזור לנוער שירות ההסעות בקלאב קאר בין מתקני המלונות הוא מאוד חיוני ועוזר תודה על הזמינות!! ארוחת הערב מושלמת , אכלנו במלון השני westin את ארוחות הערב וזה הרבה יותר מוצלח. שפע ומגוון והכל טעים מאוד

-: ארוחת בוקר אירופאית בסיסית ביותר, הכי בסיסית מכל המלונות שלנו באמירויות וזה די מבאסארוחת הערב גם כן מאכזבת (מזל שהחלפנו ולא אכלנו בה)המקלחות ברמה של מלון 2 כוכבים אפילו פחות.. עובש על הקירות, זרם מים חלש, כ10-15 דקות עד שמגיעים מים חמים, אין שיש ליד הכיור להניח בגדיםמוצרי טיפוח. שני הדברים הללו : ארוחת בוקר וחדר הרחצה נותנים תחושה של מלון מאוד זול ולא מפנק ולכן לא הייתי ממליצה עליו
