+: Emplacement magnifique dans une tour devant la Marina. Appartement bien équipé. Belles piscines, sécurité et staff du building très amiable. Supermarché et plein de restaurants autour.
-: Lits pas très confortables et coussins horriblesbon marchés. Donc pour le prix, ils devraient faire un investissement dans ce domaine.

+: Great location. Taxis are always easily available. Many restaurants nearby. Sea and marina views.
-: The apartment wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. We waited 3-4 after the check in time to get a clean apartment. The twin bathroom ceiling was leaking. The curtains to the rooms were broken. We didn’t receive our security deposit on time and still waiting for it.

-: Washing machine not workingBad odors of stagnant water in the building (not in the apartment)Construction site just next to the building that works almost night and dayDifficulty to find the parking entryAdding another payment of a security deposit of 2000AED to the price paid on booking (ask by whatsapp by Maison Privee) and having to wait 7 to 14 days after the checkout to get it back. Not acceptable, it should be faster after checkout
