+: JBR is great location. very close to beach, to a supermarket and many restaurants are around. big 65 inch TV. comfy large bed. Big office table, comfortable if you are working remotely. Sea view from the bedroom is nice. we could watch fireworks and drone shows from our window in January. There were a lot of bottles with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner.

-: 1) There is no dishwasher, that is a very big drawback if you travel with family and eat at home, we spent like one hour every day washing dishes. 2) Fridge is faulty, it’s not keeping proper temperature. For this reason food is spoiling very fast. There is also water on the top shelf which needs to be removed frequently. 3) We got only one key and access card for our family. I asked for the second set , but the host refused to provide it. Moreover, you can’t close the front door from inside without the key. if my family went to bed and I went out late, I had 3 options: a) leave key to my wife in this case I would wake everyone up when I come back; b) Close the apartment, in this case they won’t be able to leave the apartment in case of emergency, like fire in the building; c) Leave the door not closed, but my wife was not comfortable sleeping with the open door.4) Floor was dirty when we checked in. I am used to walking with bare feet at home, but my feet immediately became black. I complained to host. Omar from the management company immediately reacted and sent a guy to clean floors, but it didn’t help. I ended up not taking my shoes off in the apartment. except for the floor, everything else was clean.5) Management company charged me 150dhs for a child bed, despite it was advertised that it is provided free of charge

-: الأثاث متهالك وغير مريح وعدم توفر أسرة إضافية وسرير أطفال مع العلم انه كان مكتوب انه متوفر عدم توفر ألحفة إضافية وبطانيات ومخدات للأطفال وعدم وضوح الموقع جلسنا اكثر من ساعتين نبحث عن الموقع كماانه تم اخذ مبلغ وقدره 1500 درهم كتأمين وعدم ارجاعه إلى الآن في الوقت نفسه افخم الفنادق لاتأخذ هذا المبلغ كما أنه لم يتم تسليم الشقة لنا الا بعد دفع مبلغ التأمين
