+: Thè whole staff of the hotel were very polite and helpful. Thè room was very clean and all thè things i needed were there. I even asked for a favor to Let my brother and his family to stay with me on my last night of stay and i was immediately granted. I am going back to Abu Dhabi again after 2 months and I am certainly booking my stay on this hotel. More power to thè whole staff, you are all working hard.

+: Our stay at the hotel exceeded all expectations. The attitude of the staff was at the highest level, and we really felt at home. Special thanks to the chef Rakesh and chef Prakash, whose efforts made our stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail and concern for my eating habits, including the preparation of gluten-free meals, exceeded all expectations. Thanks to their talent and caring attitude, every meal has become a real pleasure. Thank you so much for your professionalism and care! We were very pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the reception staff. The girl and I arrived together, and the hotel complimented us by upgrading the room category without increasing the cost. This gesture was especially pleasant and gave the rest even more positive emotions. I can't help but mention the work of the concierge team. These guys proved themselves to be true professionals who sincerely care about the guests. They did not try to impose expensive services, but on the contrary, offered options that turned out to be even cheaper than if we had organized everything ourselves. We ordered a transfer, solved issues with visiting various establishments — and you could always be sure that everything would be organized at the highest level, but at the same time it would be cheaper by 10-20 dollars. It was a really wonderful experience and we would love to return to this hotel again!
-: To be honest, it was difficult to find any negative aspects, because our stay was at the highest level. The only thing that could have improved the experience was perhaps a slightly more varied dinner menu, but this did not become a problem for us either, as the quality of the dishes was excellent. The hotel is clearly striving for the ideal, and these little things did not spoil our stay.
