+: This is a perfect no frills hotel. In an extremely expensive city, if you just need somewhere to lay your hat it is perfect. Don't expect too much and you will not be disappointed

-: The hotel is in dire need of renovation. Water in the shower was not hot enough and the fridge was making noises

+: I go to dubai for work since 4 years now, and I’ve stayed at different places in dubai, all of them practically, but this is my first time feeling myself with family, in a very clean apartment with a fantastic view, you have all facilities and transport near by, I highly recommand, had the pleasure meeting a very friendly and attentive staff, special thanks to : Shahab Udine, Amrnasef and Rajesh, and also the best chief receptionist Amdjad, Farouk and Thapa, you guys are the best! ❤️🇦🇪

-: الأثاث قديم جدا ومتهالك.. وادوات الطبخ قليله جدا.. والمكيف حار ورطوبه وينقط ماء على الارض في الغرفه والصاله ،، والحمامات سيئة ومافيه ماء حار والدش وسخ وقديم،، والروائح في كل مكان حدث ولاحرج،،والسعر مبالغ فيه جدا جدا والفندق لايستحق حتى نجمه واحده وحرام انه في هذا الموقع وكنت باخرج ثاني يوم وللأسف مارجعوا اموالي فأضطريت اقعد فيه .. بأختصار لاتسكن فيه ابدأ ولو اعطوك ببلاش... دبي فيها فنادق افخم وانظف وارخص واحسن بكل صراحه لن أعود لهذا المكان ابدا،،
