+: Bathroom

-: Was put in room right in front of major construction site with views of concrete foundations, the concierge desk refused to carry 3 large bags from car.They made my stay unnecessarily bad in a completely rubbish room. I'm not staying here again. Cancelling future stays. Management need to improve and try to do their best for guests.
