+: It was very modern, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. It was very luxurious. The customer service was really good. The one thing we liked the most is we were worried that we might miss our flight as it was quite early in the morning but the staff were really helpful and set alarms for us and even offered to send a member of staff up to wake us up to ensure we woke up and were ready for our staff. Also when we came down the staff were really helpful and helped put our luggage in the car and take it down.
-: It was overall great, but I would suggest adding more PakistaniAsian options to the buffet.

-: The TV is old, need new smart TV The room phone extension has a single direct to front desk only, should has direct separate extension to other departments like room service, housekeeping… etc. Thanks!
