-: The stay was a real nightmare! We were located JUST right above a nightclub open until 4 a.m. (1st floor was our room), we called the reception and they did not propose any solution, only changing rooms the next day (which obviously they did not comply with our request, they only saved time), cold water in the shower, no room service to make beds or change towels, cockroaches in the room... The room was also quite expensive for the location and quality of the hotel, we will never return or recommend it! They offered no refund or financial compensation, not even a coffee in the morning for not being able to sleep because of their fault.
