+: The location is great! We walked to Dubai Mall. Some of the staff were really nice. Like Desmond the concierge.Nice gym with new equipment (see photo)The tv control of in room functions was nice.I only wanted to stay here because Zara Hadid is a legend. It’s a gorgeous building. And the art exhibition throughout was interesting.

-: The carpet throughout the hotel is really an eyesore and brings down the level of luxury. My room was not very clean— see the photo of my stained and holey duvet. Gross.Several off the staff were dismissive and or unprofessional. I did not feel welcome. I would not stay here again.
