-: beds & pillows are both comfortable. Pillows were too thin or too thick

+: The hotel had a lot of restaurants and nice facilities. The pool was great and I loved Garden on 8. Lots of fun things.
-: The carpet in the room needed a deep clean. The room was compact and I would have liked more space. The windows were very dirty and need a good clean. Spoils rhe view but I understand Dubai is dusty and there was construction next door. Also we went to the bar Garden on 8. We wanted to have dinner and watch the rugby. It was fully booked because of the rugby championship. But we were guests of the hotel and it seems unfair that all these outsiders got tables and we were told by the hostess there was no room. I got upset and luckily the manager a South african gentleman said he would find us a table. Luckily for him we had a great night. I think the hotel should let you know upon check in that their is limited seating and to book in advance.

+: Clean, staff pleasant, bath in room, comfy bedpillows, nice mini fridge, nice pool albeit only got sun until midday if that’s what you’re after
-: Was sold breakfast for half my stay - I said for the second half - yet when I went down for breakfast I was kept being told I hadn’t paid. Turned out they made a note that it was the first half of my stay. I didn’t need to pay again, it was just annoying. They have a scheme that if you don’t have house keeping you collect 25AED a day up to 125AED off food in house. I collected all 5 yet only got 100AED off the billWi-Fi was unstable in the room I was in in the 16th floorNice enough hotel but as someone who has traveled to Dubai multiple times, there are better hotels for less budget
