+: The room was super spacious! The kids loved it, they had one entire bedroom with 2 beds, plus they swiftly provided the crib for the baby. It's a great option for families with more than 2 kids, having a kitchen, large living room and 2 separate bedrooms. We loved it! Also good location not far from the Dubai Mall by taxi.
-: The Hotel needs a bit of renovation, maybe the lifts and lobby.

+: It was near the museum of the future and the room was spacious
-: The shower in bath is slippery. The hotel is super noisy and busy. The breakfast is horrible. We paid and didn't even eat there again. The manager didn't even worry. Most of the stuff is foreign vegetarian food. The area to dine and food spaces vs the amount of guest was overwhelming! Simply too many people and too little space. The hotel had renovations at the main area which we didn't know at time of booking and was a complete confusion for drivers and deliveries, we only ordered food in. I asked for a bucket of ice and was being charged AED20 for a little bit of ice to cool my coldrink when it was super hot. But if I order a coldrink of AED10 it was for free, how does one explain that? I hurt my knee and needed to elevate it, since we were 3 in the room they have a policy of only 6 pillows, 2 per guest. after begging finally got it.

+: Super large rooms which come with kitchen facilities and large bathroom. These are more akin to serviced apartments than hotel rooms - great value and location.
-: its dated and there were refurb works happening in the hallway. Swimming pool was always jam packed and overall the hotel facilities were always really busy.
