+: Always stay at this hotel and never fails to impress.From reception,concierge, catering,housekeeping all provide excellent service.Zaw and Charmara at reception always ensure that the check in is smooth and effortless.Well done! Rizwan,Romel and Mizan at concierge are always accomadating and friendly,always ready to help. With regards to catering,I have seen vast improvement under the supervision of executive chef Gari Abdel.Food is now top class.All catering staff are always there to serve.Great going guys.I would also like to thank Amr at Revo Cafe for always providing great service.An absolute gem in the hospitality industry. Well done to all at Oaks.
