+: The location is quite nice, loved the design in the entrance and Lobby. The beach is nice and clean with lots of activities. Friendly and helpful staff :) + LOVEDDD all the food at ULA🤌🏻
-: We weren’t properly told that we can charge our purchases to the room only if we put down the deposit (never faced this issue in hotels abroad😅) which was a tiny bit annoying but it’s ok. Also the design of the bathroom in the room is a bit meh, it’s a family room but the bathroom is all open with semi-transparent doors for the toilet and shower (and the water kept leaking out from the shower). The rooms also could use some extra decor to match the fancy entrance, lobby and all :)

+: اول شي الموظفين ورحابة صدرهم وثاني شي مكان حلو للاطفال حبيت مواقيتهم في المسابح وفي الكيدز كلاب والغرف الواسعه وطبعا شكر خاص لي انجانا في المطعم اللي فيه البوفيه يعني ماشالله عليها صبحت على ويهها وكان يومي جميل جدا

+: Overall everything was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.
-: The door of the shower needs maintenance or repair, it got stuck closed on us for more than three times then it was hard to open it back unless we put so much pressure pushing it and took time to figure it out.
