+: It was a perfect getaway🤍Upon arrival, we were surprised with beautiful decorations in our room and a thoughtful anniversary gift. The breakfasts were very good, with a variety of delicious options that made every morning a delight. The view from our room and the bathroom was absolutely breathtaking – a perfect way to start and end each day.
-: While our stay at the hotel there were a couple of disappointments that we did not expect from a 5-star property. Every time we requested a bucket of ice to our room, it came with an additional charge, which I find quite unreasonable for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, one day after returning from the mall, we discovered that our room had been cleaned but no towels were left behind. We had to call and wait quite a while for them to be delivered.

-: 1) the receptionist did not enform them to bring the luggage. And she was rude2) the room was to hot and the water cold.3) If I need any thing I have to diel more than 3 times to answer.4) in the checkout . They lost my “ gucci and rolex boxes “ which I told them twise to take it and show it to them.
