One of the best options we have chosen in Dubai. The beach can be reached in just 3 minutes. Ocean View Hotel is located in the Jumeirah Beach Residence area next to the Walk Walk, a 10-minute walk from the marina. It offers an outdoor pool and rooms with scenic sea views. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
All rooms at the JA Ocean View are decorated in a modern style. Each room and suite has a balcony, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom.
In the Italian cafe Via you can order tea, coffee and light snacks. In addition, the restaurant in the Brasserie style Le Rivage serves French cuisine. The poolside cafe The Deck overlooks the sea, which serves cocktails and light snacks. Guests of Club Rooms and Suites can use the Coral Lounge.
After classes in the gym, you can take a dip in the outdoor pool or visit the sauna. Massages are provided at the spa for an additional fee.
The hotel's tour desk can help guests organize excursions to local attractions. Dubai Marina Mall is a 10-minute drive away, and Dubai International Airport is 40 minutes away. Free parking is provided.
The Jumeirah Beach residential complex is an excellent choice if you are interested in beach , relaxation and food .

Our flight arrived at 2 a.m., and the hotel demanded an extra payment for early check-in, or we had to wait until 3 p.m. Despite our request to accommodate us without extra charges, considering the early arrival, they refused. The disappointments continued: dirty hot water in the room, and faulty key cards that constantly needed to be reactivated at the reception. They didn't refund us for early checkout either. Additionally, after paying at the restaurant, always ask for a receipt, because they don’t keep proper payment records. We were interrupted five times a day with questions about whether we had paid or not. Even after showing proof of payment from our bank, no apologies were given. Local taxi drivers outside the hotel were aggressive and demanded that we use their services. Nearby shops are overpriced with constant scams. The gym equipment is faulty, putting your health at risk. The beach is dirty and not private, with visitors leaving trash behind. There are also very few sunbeds available at the pool.

+: Everything was perfect, fantastic location, the staff were amazing, so welcoming and helpful. The view from the Balcony was awesome and they even provide parasols, towels and beach bags for the beach. A substantial breakfast selection that caters for everyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The pool was under refurbishment for the first few days of our stay but we were offered a fantastic alternative.
-: The music by the pool was quite loud, but maybe this was to muffle the noise of the refurbishment of the pool bar but they did turn it down a little when asked but the same dozen songs were on loop constantly so maybe a little bit of variation would be nice

+: Everything was great, rooms, beds, breakfast and dinner, and location is especially excellent, a two minute walk to JBR The Beach.
-: Pool gets really busy, maybe didn’t time it well so can’t complain much. Generally excellent overall.
