+: the location is excellent. i loved the easy access to lounge on second floor and the city centre mall. the rooms were very clean and the staff were amazing. from the valet workers to the receptionists, housekeepers and breakfast staff everyone was nice and welcoming and ready to help at any given moment.
-: my only issue however is the bathtub is very difficult to get in, i would prefer a standing shower next time.

-: It's old, the rooms need to do some renovation. The bed & pillows needs to replace the new one. The money that you paid is not worth it.

+: We arrived very early about 06:00 hrs at the hotel and the staff did everything possible to make us check in early and by 10:00hrs we has checked in.
