+: size of the room was great

-: Pool was under maintenance, breakfast was not in same hotel you have to cross going to opposite side, we expect for buffet breakfast but they served a food that they didn't even ask us if what we want to eat. thou the food was not that bad but it's not even as good.

-: There was cockroaches in the room. Flys and other insects as well. They treated and nothing went away. Front desk had different communications around check out and was like threatening to checkout by specific time. I was planning for extended stay of 10 days with my original 21 days. Staff did not care. They were rude even when someone was dropping me off
