+: The staff were nice. From Mr. Mahahbat and Mario the bellhops, to the front desk, to Bahadur and Dinesh in housekeeping, and Shane and Naeem in the kitchen. Everyone was quite nice, and there are too many names I have forgotten.
-: Its not good. Minor things contribute to mass inconvenience. Facilities and amenities are quite poor. Breakfast is remarkably spartan and disappointing. Pool is too small to be useful. Just not good for the money at all. There are better options available.

+: The front desk n concierge staff r very cordial n helpful.I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food n sheesha @47th floor of the hotel.this was my third consecutive stay at this hotel n whenever i planned for Dubai… it’s only Residence Inn by Marriott.it’s always feel like my second home in Dubai…always pleasant n comfortable.last but not the least, clean big rooms, delicious food,comfortable stay,centrally located n smiling staff..1010 .. keep up the good work !!

+: The location of the hotel is excellent. The 2 bedroom suite and the premium suite were superb. The Staff was generally helpful. Special mention however to Mahmoud. He was exceptionally helpful to the family.
-: The breakfast was too monotonous. The miscommunication encountered during checkout should be avoided in future. The bathroom in the suite isn't big enough.
