+: Staff. Amazing, great, superb staff. All of them starting with Mr Bandika as on the first place for his honest care that is super rare today. All reception crew are super efficient and caring and spontaneous which is rare to see. Management should really give them more in return since the facilities are super outdated and carpets moldy. It is 3 stars hotel not more than that but THE STAFF lifts it. This staff belongs to minimum 5 star hotel! The house keeping with the new Filipina (i forgot the name) is super efficient but she is just always smiling and cheerful, very neat and talkative which just gives you more positive energy. She should be working on a bigger position. The breakfast is amazing and the cooks with the team have amazing mannerism.Bravo to the team that go really above expectations for the outdated hotel. Their service is great.
