+: كان التعامل رائع ، وهناك اكثر من شخص لهم أسلوب راقي في التعامل مثلاً السيد سلمان خان ، والسيده تالا ، والسيد بيبين أبراهام و السيد سومان وغيرهم ، فشكراً للجميع على حسن الاستقبال والخدمه الأكثر من رائعه .

-: - Manque de transats près de la piscine- les transats en bord de piscine sont payantes - Petit détail : Chambre sombre (pas idéal pour se préparer)

+: L’emplacement et le personnel était incroyable. Nous avons une suite au 32eme étage avec une superbe vue Je recommande cet hôtel je reviendrais

+: I recently stayed at Rixos JBR from 12-23 August and for the most part, enjoyed my stay - the room was spacious and cleaned everyday with fresh towels. I stayed on 12th floor and the housekeeper Ali was the sweetest soul, so kind thoughtful and friendly and made my stay all the better. He would come and check morning and evening if there was anything I needed and was always there to say good morning! Rixos is well located along JBR and there are lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. The hotel pool was decent, however it is 200aed (approx £40) to use the adult pool (even for hotel guests which I did find a little strange as should be able to use without additional cost if a guest in the hotel). I have been going to Dubai for many many years and enjoyed my stay. Hotel reception somewhat friendly but have experienced friendlier staff at alternate hotels. There is a pool for families and kids (if you prefer to be in a more family environment) which I personally prefer adult only pool. Didn't try any food within the hotel as like to visit restaurants etc - overall a good stay, I was there for my birthday and they had given me a display of flowers on my bed and also a cake which was very kind.

-: Not keen on the additional spend on the adult pool, ranging from 200aed+ depending where you sit as should be non-chargeable to guests in the hotel. The taxi situation outside the hotel is a little chaotic and unorganised - one of the door men shut the chair on me whilst I had in the taxi (not sure why he done this) also there was one guy in particular who would try and push a more 'expensive taxi' which I never took (ALWAYS GET A YELLOW TAXI - this will save you a lot more money) - found him to be quite forceful as the taxi would have been more expensive.

+: The customer service is exceptional - Bibin Abraham is THE manager that each company needs to ensure your client are receiving an exceptional service - well done 👍
