-: الشقه غير نظيفة ومافيها سيفتي للاطفال يعني المنافذ تفتح كامل وهاشي وايد خطير وانا كنت بطابق 8 يعني ما انصح الي عندهم اطفال وطولو وايد في تسجيل دخول

+: المكان شقق وليس فندق حجزت شقه بها 3 غرفالغرفه الرئيسيه الغرفه الثانيه فيها سريرين وتصلح حتى للكبار وغرفة ثالثه بها سرير واحد تصلح لشخص واحد او للعاملةالبلكونه واسعه جدا والاطلاله 40% لرؤية البحر التكييف جيد يوجد ممشى طويل بجانب المبنى وايضا مجمع وبه سوبرماركت الاستقبال في البنايه الاخرى ولم اتأخر في الوصول لديهم يوجد موقف ارضي خاص لي قريب من مدخل البنايهالمطبخ به جميع المستلزماتتتوفر 3 دورات مياه وكافيهالموظفين ممتازينبالامكان طلب الوجبات من طلبات ويوصل الى باب الغرفه
-: تأمين 1000 درهم كاش مع دفع رسوم الحجز ..ازعاج الصباح س9 في الغرفه العلوية واستمر للأسف ساعه ونصف وماقدرو يوقفو العمل وكان مزعج جدا..التلفاز نظامه قديم واستخدامه صعب ولا تتوفر قنوات عربية او اني لا اعرف طريقة استخدامه ..قمت بزياره الشاطي ودخول مجاني ويجب التنسيق مع الاستقبال لعدم توفر التذاكر في بعض الاوقات ، زيارتي للشاطئ س7 ونص صباحا وكان المكان فاضي ومافيه حاجه والجو حار ، انصح بوقت الزيارة يكون قبل الغروب بساعه ..يرجى الانتباه عند المرور اسفل البلكونات من الخارج لان بعض الاوقات يكون نزول ماي مفاجئ او عمال النظافه.الاقامة ليست سيئة.

+: I always stay here whenever I’m traveling to Dubai, I love the room and facilities. The beachpool is a few steps away. The mall is right behind us.
-: I think the property needs more frequent maintenance, some of the lights don't work, and light switches are broken. Some furniture needs replacing. Nothing major. Just some changes.
