+: everything in the hotel is wonderful. staff are so polite. many restaurants and big supermarkets are near the hotel. the bus stop is around 10 minutes by walking and the Sharaf DG metro station is around 15-20".

-: if you like the Indian culture, food, etc. the location is good too but if you don't like spicy foods !!!!

+: all the staff was very helpful and polite, room service was excellent (they changed our washing machine!!). our most important problem was the location. this hotel is in an Indian neighborhood, is very crowded, and has heavy traffic. distance from the nearest metro station by walking is around 15 minutes.

-: only the location. its like downtown.

+: The lady girl (Lelera, sorry could be weongly spelled) who checked us in went out of the way to assist us with everything.. The staffs were welcoming with everytime meet and greet!! Amazing rooms and would love to come back again!!

+: الفندق مافي ريحة مؤذية او ريحة دخان سگائرالستاف محترمين وتعاملهم 👍الاخ احمد السوداني مع الفلبينيه وتعرف عربي و مسؤولهم الهندي تعاملهم 👍 ومبتسمين دائماًوفي رجل أمن نيبالي يستقبل الاطفال بتقديم الهدايةو الكبار بتقديم العصير في اجواء الصيف الحار تبرد على القلبالفندق هدوء ومريحالخدمات حول الفندقسوماركت كبير وسعاره طبيعيه وداخلها مخبوزات متميز وفيه باقالات و كثيره ومطاعم متنوعةوصالونات حلاقة صيدلياتوالصارحة لان اجواء دبي وقت رحتها حاره ف ماقدرت استكشف اكثر لان اطلع للاشياء اللي محتاجها وتهمني
