-: I booked this hotel for one night stay in Dubai with my family. I did not know there was a bar on the ground floor. Maybe this is the reason why our room, even the pillows, comforter and towels smell like cigarette smoke. My husband and I were not able to sleep because of the smell. I called the reception twice to request if they could do something but they gave air freshener which didn't solve the problem. They said the hotel is fully booked so they could not move us to another room.I've booked many hotel rooms but this is the only hotel we have stayed in so far where the air ventilation or aircon smell bad.
