-: • Unprofessional Behavior: The staff member who checked me in was rude, unwelcoming, and lacked basic hospitality etiquette. She did not greet me properly, offered no smiles or friendly words, and her overall demeanor was unprofessional. • Customer Service: Observing the way the staff dealt with guests, I felt that this was not the standard of service I expected. As a result, I did not feel comfortable staying any longer. I left without requesting a refund because the service quality made it clear that I did not want to stay or engage further.I promptly checked out and moved to another hotel, where the staff was extremely professional and provided a much better experience.
