-: 1-الموقع لا يصلح للعوائل أبدا 2- مافي خدمة تنزيل الشنط ولا شي عبارة كأنك داخل بيتكم ساعد نفسك 3- المصعد خربان اللي ف مواقف تحت 4- يعني تطلب شي من الاستقبال يتاخر يوصل 5- الفندق بشكل عام تحجز وتروح تخلص شغلك وترجع تنام وتطلع

+: I booked for 3 adults and one child (age 16 yrs), but the waiter was asked unnecessary questions and was not accepted my son as a children. He asked me to pay for him… I was treated very badly. I explained him children is under 18 category. Then he accepted, but treated is very bad…
