-: The reception staff is very rude. They didnt give complementary tee bags & water bottle. The water in the pool was so cold. Cannot swim, it was dirty Sauna not working its closed No place for kids to play. Have to call 100% time to the reception to ask anything. After that also they are sending the room service & they are like very blently yes what you want like we are living for free. Its just waste of my 200 Wish i could ask for refund It was horrible experience
