One of our best sellers in Dubai! Located 500 m from the Union Metro Station, Lotus Grand Hotel offers free parking and an outdoor, rooftop swimming pool. Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the property.

-: معامله الموظفين جدا سيئه وغير متعاملين وليس لديهم اي خبره للتعامل مع العملاء بالأضافه طلب مبلغ الإضافي وذلك على الغسيل للسجاد في الغرفه وذلك يتم تلقائيا بعد كل عميل ولايحتاج اي اضافات ولكنها تجربه اكيد لن تتكرر لي ولكل متابعيني على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي

Un professional staff after checking out time this guy refused to give me my Security money he told me that there is some spots in carpet and bed sheet..?? Like what the hell men..??( this is for real...???))the service was bad if i order online some food why should i need to go in reception to collect my food.. that rules was in covid19 they still following you need to improve your hotel service.. (shame on you )people come there to relax there self not to frustrate their self not to scame their self . Too much disgusting service.. theses people are scamming don't go there.. i will not prefer anyone to go there..Thanks..
