+: The party an the pool is good.

-: It is overpriced. Do not recommend at all to book for the tents. They have AC but is not powerful enough to keep the place at a reasonable temperature. We were sweating a lot and there is a lot of light during the sunrise. The service didnt help us on anything. There are no telephones in the rooms so you have to use a whatsapp link. In many cases they didnt reply to us so we had to go back to the reception. They neither gave us water in the reception, and we needed it after the heat in the tent.

+: - service from the hotel staff was incredible and always on hand for anything- free minibar (not mentioned on booking)- beach club was amazing - tent was cosy and cute above expectations on aesthetic - early and late check out was a bonus - friendly atmosphere - cleanliness of tent and shared toiletsshowers was 1010 - staff took care of our belongings and collected them while we were at the pool - value for money - comfort

-: - AC is loud but did keep the tent cool which is the main thing as it was hot - service at Mesa terrace not the best - limited menu at pool and mesa - had to wait numerous times about our 30% off food and drinks since staff kept saying it had finished and took 10-15 minutes each time for them to confirm it - the woman on beach club entrance seemed stressed both times we spoke to her and not the friendliest on entry - expected tent to have more of a view into the desert and be more private not a circle set up with others staying there felt more camp like

-: Our experience at this resort was short of terrible. Having to ask 2-3 times for the same things such as a bottle of water and waiting 45 minutes to receive. The restaurant experience was shocking, being told some items on the menu couldn’t be served because they were ‘old’ i.e the item was gone off. We had to ask time and time again to be served anything, often going to retrieve the item our self. We were served other tables’ orders and then had them taken off us. Regarding the pool facility, we were told by the unhelpful host that we couldn’t specifically have a longer with an umbrella because they were ‘fully booked’. Apparently being a fully paying hotel guest is lower priority than a day pass visitor- for example a free entry privilee guest. She advised that the hotel and the pool are not under the same management and that we had no right to choose our loungers. To pay $1800 for an overnight stay and not even have an umbrella by the pool is astonishing and something we’ve never experienced before. We also made our booking on the premise that we were allocated a late checkout. In the morning we were told that couldn’t be honoured and we had to vacate the room. We left rather than spend the day at the pool because we knew how painful it would be to even get a bottle of water. Such a shame as the location and concept are nice and totally unique. We will not be revisiting or recommending.
