+: I appreciate the prompt response from the management when I requested a change of bedsheet. It appeared that the previous bedsheet had not been changed and seemed to be used. Upon contacting them, they promptly replaced the bedsheet.

-: The staff members, particularly those at the reception, could benefit from improving their approachability and friendliness. Despite this, the hotel provided an overall excellent experience.

-: The housekeeping guy is not good as he went through our stuff. All other staff members are very cooperative and friendly.

+: It is a studio where you can cook your own meals, do laundry, and have a mini fridge. And in the surrounding area it is very difficult to find this same availability.

-: I only turned on the air conditioning at bedtime and when I turned it on the smell wasn't good, but over time the smell went away

+: Great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. Guys also increased my number free. I get amazing service for all my stays there. Thank you so much guys.
